Trying to follow along these newsletters is rather confusing. They seem to be rather like installments and unless you've been following along on a very regular long-term basis you are not gonna get the big picture. Who is Peter Anderson? What do we have to do to let the Marin Water Boarders understand that their plan to use a disgusting carcinogen to rid the watershed of unwanted invasive plants is C.R.A.Z.Y. ! What do they want? Cancer, instead of invasive plants? How INSANE is this "trade off?" I wanna show up to say that to these clueless idiots to their faces! WHO GIVES THESE DEMIGODS THE RIGHT TO SPRAY OUR WATER WITH ANYTHING THAT IS EVEN SUSPECTED OF CAUSING CANCER?
There are a lot of things happening Troll. A lot of topics both locally, nationally, universally. Often those in 'power' drop things on us at the 11th hour, not giving us time to research, investigate, have a plan of action... yes, it's a confusing world out there. We hope to provide some ways to help tie things together, bring it back home to the cozy fireplace and warmth of friends and others who are working to stay free, upbeat, active, and grateful.
..uh, yeahhh... I do "get it" Grin. That said, it feels like one needs to be a long-time (preferably Fairfax-residing) insider to get the entire thread of local stuff happening. Maybe there's a way to see that on the substack site, I've noticed you can look up past postings when you're subscribed, paid or not.
I'm hoping everyone's able to convince the Marin Water Boarders that we don't need even so much as suspected carcinogens sprayed all over our land causing massive health problems that they don't much notice or care, and lack the intellectual curiosity even to question.
P.S.: My "preferred pronoun," (to all you Uber-Blue-pilleds) is spelled "H-U-N-T-E-R," how dare you call me a TROLL! (cue: laugh here..)
I wanted to thank you for posting the information on Electroculture. I had discovered this concept last year but did not find a lot of helpful information on how to implement it. I just purchased my first PKS bronze gardening tools and I have three copper wrapped stakes in my garden (small ones). My gardening efforts for this year are just getting under way and I plan to make full use of this knowledge. Thank you very much for pointers to this very helpful resource!
Thank you for reminding me to go get my wire and stakes. I'm so glad you found this useful Stephanie. Thank you for sharing and being part of making this place a great place to live and thrive!!!
