This is one of many reasons that I'm also turning my main focus to my body right now, and offering "Freedom Yoga", a free yoga class every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at my place in San Francisco. Because being deeply in touch with our bodies is how we can strengthen our organs of perception, and I believe is indeed the only way to accurately learn to sift through all the competing opinions and narratives coming at us from all sides, and get to the truth. Freedom Yoga is about building inner somatic awareness, restoring the communication pathways between mind, heart, and soul that are so often confused and severed in our modern lives via gaslighting, disruption of our natural rhythms, and the need so often to reject or ignore our bodies' messages on a daily basis. The N.A.Z.I.s came to the United States to study the tactics and learn how to demonize a group of people then went back and did to the Jews what the U.S. had already been doing to blacks and first nations peoples. The U.S. IS N.A.Z.I. Central. And I'd pay attention to Kennedy whenever he dissects stuff. After all, he IS an attorney and a very effective one at that. Personally I don't use ANY social engineering media whenever I can avoid it.
