Why are they introducing this now? It's Interesting that this animal tracking plan with more tech than previous comes up when TPTB want to track ppl and add greater levels of tech to licenses, passports, etc

And “food-borne illnesses” what’s that remind you of?

This is a push for more tech-led tagging for ID. More normalization of ID tagging for anything that moves! Tracking from birth to slaughter, indeed.
