Hi Marin,

I apologize if the subject line was alarming, but the extremely important Mid-Year Fundraising Deadline is here, and the situation is…somewhat alarming. If you only have a moment, here is the link to help, but I wanted to give you a full update so you have all the information.

I left D.C. yesterday on a total high, as we just had two enormous victories: End Prop. 47 officially being certified, and the Supreme Court ruling our way in the homelessness case. We are truly turning a corner in California.

Yet that high quickly became a low when I reviewed our mid-year financial totals. This dual triumph over Newsom, which we worked so hard for, was overshadowed by a pressing political predicament: our campaign funding has slowed, while our opponent’s accelerated.

Can you help us catch up for this crucial Mid-Year Deadline? 

The Morse campaign is boasting of their “momentum.” Her boss and patron, Gavin Newsom, is back in the spotlight as a potential Biden replacement. 10 separate “Kickout Kiley” rallies were held across the state. Adam Schiff is holding a fundraiser for Morse tomorrow. A Super PAC is already running attack ads against us on the airwaves.

The thought that all our successes could come to a halt – that we could beat Newsom, again and again, only to lose the campaign – that he could prevail in the one battle he cares about most: replacing me with his own staffer – it’s almost too much to ponder. We can’t let it happen.

Our opponent’s campaign is propped up by the very people trying to ruin our state and country. Newsom, Schiff, Swallwell, Pelosi. Since Morse resigned from Newsom’s Administration last September to become a full-time candidate, all of her time is spent taking in this cash and launching vile attacks against us. 

Our efforts, by contrast, are focused on fighting major battles for our state and country – while constantly flying across the country and driving up and down the state! And so it can be hard to raise what we need from a fundraising perspective.

That’s why I wanted to send you this email. I want to be candid about the resources we need, and what is at stake. I wanted to ask for help, directly yet humbly, so we can keep fighting together at this moment when it matters most.

Yvette is a friend. When I started to feel sick in November 2021, she drove here from San Francisco (over 45 minutes each way) to take care of me. She’s organized freedom rallies in SF, and attends many at the Capitol. She’s been a featured speaker at several Marin Freedom Rising events. She is running against dangerous Scott Weiner for Senate. Now you may think that Scott’s in SF and that place across the red bridge is batshit crazy and they can stew in their own messes…but what Scott authors and supports is heinous. The bills he’s introduced are evil, and he’s got support from the big ones in the Democratic party. I always wondered if Senator Pan hand-picked Weiner to continue the charge against healthy children, healthy families. Please support Yvette. More than anything, she needs donations. I’ve worked with FNF’s chairperson Alix Mayer on several events. She’s another warrior genius/goddess who’s spoken at MFR events - which is kind of her little appearances once you read all the other stages where she was a featured speaker. Many Marin Freedom Rising folks know Alix, as she has hosted local events including a thank you party for freedom volunteers in the Bay Area - and many other parties and gatherings. When Alix and her team created FNF the stellar attorney dream team of Jessica Barsotti, Nicole Pearson, and Rita Rose Barnett brought their cases to FNF and continue to work for freedom under Facts Law Truth &. Justice. But the biggest prize for us will is their new lawsuit to CHALLENGE UNLAWFUL BARRIERS to MEDICAL EXEMPTIONS in CALIFORNIA. Hear This!!!! Meaning when they/we win this lawsuit, it will be legal to be uninjected in California. This has huge implications. I’ve restacked one of Nicole’s latest newsletters below, but back to Alix for a moment.

Alix Mayer is Chairman and co-founder of Free Now Foundation, since April 2023. In the 1990s, at the age of 29, Alix ran a worldwide research group at Apple until the Hepatitis B vaccine physically disabled her and gave her brain damage. She calls her decades-long disability her "Runner-up Darwin Award" for not researching vaccines prior to rolling up her sleeve. After gaining a substantial recovery, she worked as a health consultant for a decade, before retiring and volunteering 100% of her time to serving on the Board at Children's Health Defense and co-founding the California Chapter of CHD, where she served as Board Chairman. 

Alix's interview with Dr. Mercola on the creation of the fake "Supra-emergency" during lockdowns to suspend our Bill of Rights was recognized as a "Best of 2022" interview. She has been interviewed by Steve Kirsch, Steve Bannon, Mike Adams of Natural News, Epoch TV’s American Thought Leaders, and many others. She speaks regularly, including on Clay Clark's Re-Awaken America tour, Defeat the Mandates LA, COVIDCON, and at many rallies and protests.

Alix grew up in the Oscar Mayer family. She is a graduate of Duke University (BA) and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University (MBA.)

I asked Alix this morning if she would highlight bits of a round table discussion she had recently with Brian O’Shea and others, because I was so inspired by her understanding of SOLUTIONS to retain sovereignty and survive in the current and even worse, projected tyranny of crazy insanity of which covid was just a small piece of lining up the pieces for the unelected and elected elitists.

I don’t like to ask for donations. Heck, I haven’t even mentioned my own business/service (yet) in this stack…however I think we have a lot at stake here in CA - especially with the DEMs taking out loud and frequent ad campaigns against our freedoms and against the truth.
