I checked on the official NOAA Weather Modification Reporting sight for this program and there has been no report put up. This is required by Federal law (https://libguides.library.noaa.gov/weather-climate/weather-modification-project-reports). In addition, they are required to give a public notice. It's a power point and if you go to page/slide 65 it will give instructions on how to do a public records requests, what kind of questions to ask all those involved in this program... including Alameda. I really encourage that folks gather together int her Bay Area and start working on this. THIS is insane. This is a type of ecocide... I'm outraged, but I don't have the bandwidth to take this on by myself.!
