Uh Oh! AB659 REVISITED: Is it WORSE than BEFORE it was Amended?

The misnamed "HPV vaccine" bill, which was amended on March 21, is now even worse and deserves your fervent opposition.
The amended bill no longer directly requires every California teenager in a public or private school to bare his or her arm for harmful, unneeded, ineffective Gardasil injections (first introduced by Merck in 2006).
Yet the new language in AB 659 contains a deceptive "mandate" upon pre-teens and teens, and also makes it illegal to enroll in CSU or UC without 2-3 doses of Gardasil:
1. EFFECT UPON CHILDREN AND PARENTS: Instead of being required for teenagers at public and private schools, educrats would "pretend" like it's required by pressuring, threatening, and coercing parents, telling them "no school for your girls and boys unless they get the Gardasil shots":
120336. (a) It is the public policy of the state that pupils are expected to be fully immunized against human papillomavirus (HPV) before admission or advancement to the 8th grade level of any private or public elementary or secondary school.
(b) Upon a pupil’s admission or advancement to the 6th grade level, the governing authority shall submit to the pupil and their parent or guardian a notification containing a statement about the state’s public policy described in subdivision (a) and advising that the pupil be fully immunized against HPV before admission or advancement to the 8th grade level.
2. EFFECT UPON UNIVERSITY STUDENTS: The amended AB 659 directly requires Gardasil jabs upon UC and CSU "first-time enrollees" age 26 or younger:
120390.6. (a) Except as provided in subdivisions (b) and (c), the Trustees of the California State University, the Regents of the University of California, and the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges shall require the first-time enrollees at those institutions who are 26 years of age or younger to provide proof of full immunization against the human papillomavirus (HPV) prior to enrollment.
(b) A person who has not been fully immunized against HPV, as required by subdivision (a), may be admitted by the governing body of any of the institutions of higher education to which subdivision (a) is applicable on condition that, within a designated time period, the person will provide proof of full immunization against HPV.
Bottom line, the amended AB 659 will impact even more people than before -- pre-teen and teens and their families and UC/CSU college students.
The amended AB 659 is now a purported mandate, telling 6th graders at public and private schools: It's the "public policy of the state" that you're "expected" to be "fully immunized against HPV before admission or advancement to the 8th grade level."
Just imagine how, when notified of this official "expectation," millions of California families will take it as an absolute requirement, and Democrat-run school districts will likely embellish it to claim that it is. This will put most California schoolchildren in harm's way!
PLEASE RESPOND TODAY, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 22
Tell key legislators: “The sham amendments to AB 659 make the bill even worse by pressuring and coercing pre-teens and their parents, and requiring college students, to get this harmful, unneeded, ineffective shot. You need to oppose this!”
STEP 1: Call your own state assemblymember during daytime hours and identify yourself and where you live. Find yours here (you can also use your assemblymember's web form).
STEP 2: Call after hours (7pm to 8am) to the State Capitol and district phone number of Assembly Health Committee members (leave anonymous voicemail and do not identity yourself -- since if you do and you live outside their districts, legislators' offices will commonly trash your messages).
