Emergency action is needed by you and your associates (please email them or post the above link to this news letter on social media), to contact your congressman/woman in DC to stop the new language buried inside H.R. 1, the "Lower Energy Costs Act" ("One Big Beautiful Bill Act") where a revision with alarming implications for every neighborhood in America was recently snuck in.
FCC policies already limit the power of local governments and communities to control placement of antennas, but this legislation will empower the FCC to expedite the installation of new antennas/equipment on structures nationwide, opening the door to unchecked expansion of wireless infrastructure with NO LOCAL OVERSIGHT WHATSOEVER!! Once antennas are installed, it's very difficult to get them removed. Furthermore, telecom companies can spike the power emanating from them and add as many antennas as they want, adversely affecting homeowners, families, businesses and wildlife. They are often placed within feet of windows and yards. Property values will be impacted, aesthetic concerns will be ignored, and tens of thousands of studies already exist on health effects from wireless devices and infrastructure. My own life has been devastated due to this ubiquitous, inescapable wireless radiation as have many others and of course ALL INSECTS, BIRDS AND WILDLIFE.
Yesterday the U.S. Senate narrowly approved the amended version of H.R. 1 in a 50–50 split. Vice President J.D. Vance cast the tie-breaking vote. Because the Senate's version differs from the one passed by the House of Representatives earlier this year, the bill must now return to the House for a final vote. Unless our Representatives insist on changes, this bill will go directly to the President's desk and become law.
There is still a crucial window in which to act. The provision that opens the door for unlimited antennas on existing structures without meaningful local oversight or public notice, would go into effect as written unless we take action to stop it. PLEASE DON'T LET THEM DO THIS!!
I believe this was written into the bill at the last second to further the potentially hampered efforts to get wireless AI into every neighborhood. The harmful implications of this cannot be overstated.

If you get 2 different pictures of 2 different congressmen/women, that just means your zip code is shared by 2 reps so you have to then type in your physical address on the next screen where it says Enter street address...
Click on your reps and their contact info will come up. Then please CALL THEM!
Urge him/her to oppose final passage of HR 1, Big Beautiful Bill, unless Section 43101 (Senate version 40002) is removed or revised.
Tell the staffer:
"Please tell Congressman/woman ______________ we are opposed to HR 1 (Big, Beautiful Bill,) Section 43101 (Senate version 40002) because they just snuck in that an unlimited number of antennas can be added to existing structures without notice or approval [under Section 6409 exemption (47 USC 1455)], thereby REMOVING ALL LOCAL CONTROL AND EVEN NOTIFICATION! The FCC has IGNORED a court order to review its outdated standards for human safety. Please do not give them even more power to further harm us with this radiation when they recently LOST a lawsuit on the issue of human and environmental health and safety."
PLEASE DO THIS TODAY!
If your rep is a Republican it is particularly important that they oppose this bill to send a message to Pres. Trump that protecting human and environmental health from harmful, high powered radiation is a NON PARTISAN ISSUE.
