I’m Still on Hiatus
Hi, There’s so much news important to California, I don’t have time to post but you can subscribe to Kevin Kiley, CA Globe, SaveCalifornia, FreeNowFoundation, Reinette’s Foghorn Express, AlfaVedic, and more until I’m back from Hiatus next week (and even when I’ve returned). The European Farmers are rocking it, but of course, you won’t find that in Mainstream media. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is winning some lawsuits and I’ll have more info how to join the We the People Party to be able to cast your vote for him in CA. For now, here are a few stories. One more week of my intense training, and then I’ll maybe be more coherent in my articles, write an original stack, and who knows what else. Thanks for your patience and readership. Love, Marin
Supreme Court rules Public Officials can Sometimes be Sued for Blocking Critics on Social Media
The Supreme Court took another step toward bringing law into the social media era Friday with a unanimous ruling explaining when public officials’ posts should be deemed to be part of their jobs and when they’re considered private.
The distinction can be critical because public officials are free to block specific individuals from commenting on or even viewing social media posts that are purely private, but courts have ruled that such actions taken on official posts or accounts run afoul of the First Amendment.
OK, So I don’t know which side Elon Musk is playing (transhuman vs. give a shit about human rights, free speech, controlled op (opposed to what though), etc. but this I like this tweet. BTW, I lost my Twitter account after J6, the made up insurrection, and Elon never let me have it back… hmmmm. Still don’t have an “X” account. What am I missing?

Join the Lawsuit against University of CA by Those Injured/Killed/Fired over C19 Mandates
If you or anyone you know was employed by the University of California (aka UC Regents) and injured/killed/fired over COVID-19 vaccine mandates they imposed, I encourage you to review the Rake complaint and contact the attorneys (see cover sheet) to request joining their class action.
This case was heard in California Superior Court, Alameda County, but ALL UC campuses/associated facilities are culpable in this lawsuit. On Jan 24, 2024 Judge Desaulets wrote an order denying UC Regents demurrer on 4 of 6 causes of action. The court has scheduled a pretrial administrative conference meaning the wheels are moving towards a jury trial. Make haste!!

INTRODUCTION
This is a class action on behalf of employees and employment applicants who were subjected to the University of California’s system-wide SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Vaccination Program (“Mandatory Injection Program” or “Program”). Named plaintiffs were University employees, returning employees and/or applicants who were required to receive Covid injections as a condition of their employment and access to the hospitals and campuses in which they worked. In this action, plaintiffs claim that application of the Program to them and all similarly situated individuals constituted unlawful invasions of inalienable rights to privacy and bodily autonomy – including the right to make an informed decision to decline the Covid injection. The University’s invasions of this privacy right was compounded by its withholding of information known to it about the true risks and lack of benefit of the Covid vaccines, information the University suppressed in order to protect its own financial interests and complicity in the damage caused by its mass Covid vaccination campaign. Plaintiffs sue for declaratory relief and damages under peremptory international
norms (codified into California statutes) banning any form of coercion of experimental medicine, under the inalienable right to privacy expressly protected in the California Constitution, under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, and other provisions of law.
FOR MORE INFO::: Contact the phone numbers or emails above for more information…. this was not “experimental medicine”, it was poison, toxin, and worse — !!!

Big Mike
And to follow up on Joan Rivers’ Comment…OK, and a little bit on the elementary school playground banter, but OK…
Not that I use Tyson Foods products but it sounds like it's time for conservatives and independents to launch a public boycott of Tyson Foods
For an old guy (mid-seventies) I use TikTok a fair bit, I've over a hundred of my own videos posted there. My content is clever, funny, insightful, often deep, sometimes shallow, rarely controversial/political. However, because the algorithm feeds me more of what I put attention on, about 40% of what I see is about the atrocity of genocide in Palestine. The videos are gut-wrenching, heartbreaking, infuriating. If this stream of tragic content were presented by the mainstream media, it would alter public opinion drastically. I suspect that is why the government is doing its best to squelch TikTok.
