Offshore Wind Installations (Turbines) Planned for our CA Coast

I recently learned about massive Offshore Wind Installations (turbines) planned for our CA coast. it’s starting off Morro Bay. This is something that will, if allowed to proceed, eventually impact the entire coast of CA.
The potential devastating impacts on marine life and birds are unconscionable.
The wind energy companies are applying for permits to do pre-construction surveys within the National Marine Sanctuary and other protected waters.
I am in touch with a very determined group of citizens based in Morro Bay who are working tirelessly to STOP this. We can help by spreading the word and by helping them get opportunities to speak to groups. I heard them speak at a gathering sponsored by CA Academy of Arts & Sciences a couple;e of weeks ago in Carmel Valley.
I sincerely hope you will look into this and help spread awareness.
