1. Take Easy “One-Click” Step to Oppose AB 659
Our lobbyist and CHCA board members have met with several Assembly Health Committee offices to discuss our concerns about AB 659, the new HPV Vaccine Mandate Bill (Cancer Prevention Act). Some have said that they are hearing from constituents, yet there needs to be more pressure. That’s why we are making it even easier for you to voice your opposition. Take a minute to use our quick and easy one-click tool to send an email to key members of the Assembly Health Committee. Please be sure to share the link with everyone you know who cares about vaccine mandates.
2. Learn from COHR Town Hall on HPV Vaccine Mandate
On Tuesday Convention on Health Rights (COHR), co-founded by CHCA, hosted a very important Townhall on the new HPV Vaccine Mandate Bill (Cancer Prevention Act). Attendees learned many tangible ways to help stop AB 659 from organizations that are active locally and at the Capitol.
If you missed it, you can find the recording and all the tools you need to get involved on the COHR website or at these links:
3. Join the NEW Twitter Storm Campaign:
Assembly Health Committee
Of all the social media platforms available, our legislators and their staff are most active on Twitter. That’s why it’s a good idea for you to have a Twitter account … so you can follow and interact with them there. Last week we focused on Assembly Education Committee and this week we will focus on Assembly Health Committee members. CHCA, in conjunction with COHR, is launching our next Twitter Storm. You can access the Twitter Storm Campaign instructions through our AB-659 COHR Toolkit page. Today, create an account if you don’t already have one, follow your legislators and the legislators we list, follow us on Twitter and our other social media accounts, then tweet and/or retweet what we share.
Momentum, momentum, momentum … please share our content. Like and follow us on all of our social media accounts and forward our emails to like-minded people.
Yours for Health Freedom,
CHCA Board Members
