HUH?

Hello Everyone,

Today we launch the Marin Grin. What’s that, you say?

We commit to including at least one message, visual, link, photograph, movement, event, or video that will bring you peace, or kindness, or comfort, or relaxation, or ease, or at least a grin.

Why? Because we, as a group, are in the quantum field with one another and many of us are in fear and have dysregulated nervous systems. The events of the last - heck pretty much forever, but for many, the last few years - have triggered ancestral, early childhood, and other trauma. Maybe many of us operate from a state of fear — or even in freeze — and can only access one part of ourselves. A little bit of kindness, smiles, rest and digest in the PARASYMPATHETIC can go a long way to help us enjoy the present, connect to & support one another and our highest good, access joy, and then better prepare for the future.

Please share with us your stories, images, jokes, videos, links, inspiration, encouraging words, activities, workshops, meditations, sound healings, creative pursuits, movement, mindfulness, nature hikes, jam sessions, pot lucks, concerts, humor links to uplift the community. Although we are navigating some very upside down strange and evil legislation locally, federally, globally — let’s rise above with raised frequencies. Yes, we will still link to stories we think are important, including action items we recommend. However by now, most of you know where to go to get the news you want, and we have already listed hundreds of links to websites, organizations, substacks, people, groups that provide the latest on things such as the horrible news, the inspirational light worker news, local events, meetings, etc. Many of the Local Area Group (LAG) meetings are thriving and put out amazing information as well as a space for bonding. For this newsletter we intent to focus on things that will help us to regulate our nervous systems and bring us into rest and digest - the PARASYMPATHETIC NERVOUS SYSTEM, where we can then do our greatest work for humanity. We hope you enjoy our renewed focus. xo Love to all.

• PS - when you send your ideas to befree@marinfreedomrising.com please note if you’d like your name and details of your offering (if it’s an event) to the stack, if you’d like to remain anonymous, and if you’d like to have RSVPs and tickets to your event so you can invite vetted people or not. We still have a functioning website with a robust event calendar, however I haven’t found anyone else to edit and upload events and our current web person is reducing hours to engage with other endeavors…so any VOLUNTEERS? Web Design with WORDPRESS is essential.
