Hi Marin Freedom Friends & Family,
We, The Free Now Foundation, are delighted to have your presence and support. Thank you for being here with us.
Free Now Foundation is co-founded by Denise Young & Alix Mayer. We feature the same Board, same staff, same volunteers, and same incredible legal team of winning attorneys who have been fighting for YOU and YOUR children in the courts since 2020: Rita Barnett-Rose, Nicole Pearson and Jessica Barsotti.
Our work in the California Chapter brought us together. We've launched as a new organization, with an expanded mission:
Free Now Foundation is dedicated to exposing truth to protect our medical freedoms and constitutional rights.
We do this by fighting bad bills, defending California children and parental rights, and educating and empowering underserved communities to ensure informed consent and civil rights. We successfully use the court system to reverse unethical and unlawful mandates.
Denise, Alix, and the entire team thank you for your support!
Denise Young, President, Free Now Foundation

The Resilience Tour focuses on education and unity by bringing together like-minded, Constitutionally-focused individuals and groups across all political and social strata and providing an opportunity to educate each other on effective practices to halt tyrannical laws.
Connected and inspired, together we will rise and stand strong, united in our goals of maintaining body sovereignty, right to free speech, and the right to live in a FREE world.
CALIFORNIA LEGISLATIVE UPDATE
AB 659, aka the HPV or Gardasil Vaccine Bill:
Your hard work is paying off! Thank you!
This bill passed the Assembly Health Committee yesterday and has been amended yet again, and now, in addition to dropping the K-12 grade 8 mandate, the college mandate for HPV has been dropped.
However, the bill still retains deliberately confusing language, citing that the HPV vaccine is "expected" and "public policy." Since the remaining part of the bill pertains to an "expectation" that a child get an HPV vaccine by grade 8, or a California college student up to age 26 is "expected" to get it, it is unclear why a bill still needs to weigh down legislators' time and potentially be signed into law for an "expectation."
Language such as this poses a danger, and is misleading, at best. Those most affected are underserved communities and immigrants — folks who may not speak English as a first language.
Free Now Foundation strongly opposes AB 659 and remains committed to stripping this misleading language from the bill.
Learn About the Dangers of the HPV vaccine
Not only is this vaccine ineffective for most strains of human papilloma virus (HPV), it is associated with serious side effects that include increased rates of cancer, and even death.
We encourage you to read this article by Wisner Baum filled with hundreds of talking points.
"One of the serious adverse events now emerging in vaccinated girls, including teens, is premature ovarian failure, which often results in an inability to bear children. " (WisnerBaum)
Remain Vigilant: New Dangerous Bills
SB 541 Sexual Health: Contraceptives/ HPV Immunization (Menjivar, Weiner)
This bill would require free condoms be made available for grades 9-12 at all California public schools. The authors state the purpose of this bill is to empower youth who are sexually active to protect themselves and their partners from sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and would remove the barriers that cause shame, leading to unsafe sex and unintended pregnancies.
The bill would require public schools to not only offer condoms free of charge, but post notices for where and how students can receive the human papilloma virus (HPV) immunization.
This bill would prohibit a retail establishment from refusing non prescription contraceptives to a person solely based on their age.
This bill would require the Family Planning Access, Care and Treatment (Family PACT) program to prove medical coverage for HPV immunization to persons 18 years of age or younger.
On April 12, 2023 this bill passed the Senate Health Committee. Next the bill goes to the Senate Appropriations Committee.
Free Now Foundation opposes SB 541 because it may encourage sexual activity in minors, as well as convince minors to receive the HPV vaccines without informed consent or parental consent, further eroding parental rights.
AB 1579 Optometry: certification to perform advanced procedures (Low)
This bill would authorize optometrists in California to administer vaccines after completing an immunization training program.
SB 457 Vision care: consent by a minor (Menjivar, Ashby)
Likely drafted to work in tandem with Ab 1579. This bill passed the Senate Judiciary Committee on March 28, 2023. This bill would allow minors to consent to vision care without their parents’ knowledge or consent.
Free Now Foundation opposes both AB 1579 and SB 457.
This seems to be another ploy to lure minors into receiving vaccinations without parental consent, again further eroding parental rights in California.
Thank you for helping expose truth, preserve our rights, and support medical freedom.
Sincerely, The Free Now Foundation Team
THANK YOU to our FREE NOW FOUNDATION Vetted VOLUNTEERS at the NEW LIVING EXPO. Did you come out to meet us at the table? We had a great time and we’re off to a great start in Marin.
I’m just curious as to why minors need a bill that says they can receive vision care without parental knowledge? Why would legislators feel the need to craft such a bill?
