Rotating out of MFR Leadership - Restructuring MFR
Fourth Way Pioneer George Gurdjieff (1872-1949), frequently spoke of the thoughtless mechanical behavior of humanity, if we stay in our current conditioned states. ”Without self knowledge, without understanding the working and functions of his machine, man cannot be free, he cannot govern himself and he will always remain a slave.”
We, still-humans, purebloods, uninjected, starseeds, or however you define those of us participating in parallel societies, the New Earth, and the GREATER Reset, will not be slaves to the dominant culture, but how many of us realize how we are slaves to ourselves?
I wrote most of this the following about rotating out of MFR (not including the PACE info) a few weeks ago and sent to the core leadership of MFR. When I found out about the upcoming free PACE offering this week, I decided to add it in and send to everyone.
Why leave MFR leadership?
Many years ago when I enrolled in a brain retraining program, one of the facilitator’s first suggestion was to get off social media and stop watching/listening to the news for at least 6 months. Avoiding social media could help interrupt some patterns that were dysregulating my nervous system. I don’t remember if I complied. I don’t like rules, even if they are in my best interest.
I also don’t remember if I was still engaged in the brain retraining program when I started working with a master healer, both as a client and as a student learning his cosmology and healing techniques. At that time, SB277 was the ‘craziness-de-jour’. The healer recommended that I stop being an activist because he felt that at that time, I couldn’t succeed in my spiritual lessons and be an activist.
But SB277 groups took off, and I brought Trace Amounts to Fairfax, and engaged in several rallies at the capitol. How could I not participate? Many of us were rocked to the core when Pan and Allen got the SB277 draconian bill pushed through, and shortly after, we realized that the CA Dems sold out to pharma, and Brown betrayed us by signing SB277 into law.
That’s the first time I saw a meme showing Pan and Kevin DeLeon, then head of California Democrats, dressed as race car drivers with pharma-sponsored badges sewn all over their uniforms. How little I knew that this would be the beginning of the techno-pharma era culminating in the tip of the psy-ops in 2020 with C19.
But let’s go back to 2015 when I was working with the Master Healer. I had close to 4000 Facebook ‘friends’, administered 17 Facebook groups, had a Masters in Online Teaching & Learning and had been on the cutting edge of eLearning - including being on the faculty of a masters program in education with a focus in online learning. I was connected to my computer 20 hours/day most days, creating courses, teaching classes, designing courses for other professors. I knew the internet like the back of my hand, and had a talent for procuring information and synthesizing it into a cohesive learning module. I also had a knack for organizing in person, and for creating and moderating active online communities years before the advent of popular course management systems like Teachable, Kajabi, etc. I was engaged in many other social media groups too including Gab (2016), Twitter, MeWe, private medical freedom groups, local and state advocacy work - while continuing to stoke my dysregulated nervous system. At times I took a short break but found myself right back in the groove of rallies, curating and sharing information, organizing meetings, action-taking in the field of natural health, and justice.
Today I’m still involved in social justice - medical freedom, and the right to be and stay human and ‘sovereign’. However I realize that my ability to serve depends on my connection with SOURCE. As much as I rally for sovereignty from outside sources, I crave sovereignty from my conditioned self.
A few months ago I enrolled in a 6 month Core Embodiment apprenticeship: “an alchemical process of reclaiming an intimate relationship with all of the essential aspects of being a fully alive, awake, feeling and thriving human being…We explore through the lens of embryology, anatomy and developmental psychobiology; using specific internal sound vibrations, touch, breath, awareness and provocative inquiry.”
If you want to learn more about this work, there is a free virtual training this Tuesday through Friday of this week for 1 hour/day. I’ll be attending this free training too.

Yesterday, I found my usual 60 substack articles waiting for me to review and curate into a newsletter for MFR. As I read them, (you know the ones…. The 2nd Smartest Guy in the World, Sage Hana, Steve Kirsch, Paul Alexander, Dr. McCullough, Karen Kingston, Clif High, etc.), I sensed a familiar firing up of my sympathetic nervous system patterns. (It’s confusing but the sympathetic is the one that activates the ‘fight-or-flight-or-freeze’ response — not a particularly great state to be in for most of the day and night, but the one I’ve been in most of my life). I didn’t feel good, but I did feel grateful that I could sense a visceral response to the words I was reading and the images they produced in my being. Not good, not pretty.
I unsubscribed from most substack and advocacy groups in order to gain space to regulate my nervous system. But, But, But… If I don’t sound the clarion call, who will?
To keep MFR going, I’ve listed some rewarding tasks that people can assume, like administering the 6 Telegram and Signal chats, the website, curating news and sending out newsletters, being a Children’s Health Defense Marin County Volunteer Ambassador for the CHD California Chapter, hosting meetings, interfacing with Bay Area sister groups.
By now we have found our grooves and niches. We know where to go to get info, who to follow, what to watch, where to meet like minded beings for discussions, rallies, actions, emergencies and PARTIES 🎉. If you haven’t yet found your niche, I recommend subscribing to Children’s Health Defense, ICAN, and other CA advocacy groups to get action items and latest information. We have created a community. We tend to know our strengths. We all don’t need to watch the same videos. Perhaps someone watch 1 and do a short report with the salient information, and someone else attend a lecture or fill in another puzzle piece, so we all have time to nurture ourselves with THE PACE of PRESENCE and REST in NATURAL GREAT PEACE. What will you do to support BEING IN YOUR MOMENT?
REST in NATURAL GREAT PEACE
Here’s wishing all of us a way to find balance - with friendship, humor, rest, nature, animals, relationships, connection to source — whatever that may be for you. If you have ways to settle your sympathetic nervous system, support vagal tone, spend more time in rest and digest (para-sympathetic), please add them to the COMMENTS section of this Substack, and not in a reply email to MFR. Thank you, and REST WELL beautiful beings, beautiful humans. Deep beautiful rest. REST IN NATURAL GREAT PEACE
'Rest in Natural Great Peace' by Sogyal Rinpoche, [Spoken: Sogyal Rinpoche]
“Rest in natural great peace
This exhausted mind
Beaten helplessly by karma and neurotic thoughts
Like the relentless fury
Of the pounding waves
In the infinite ocean of samsara
Rest in natural great peace…”

I loved the Sunny newsletter. Listened to all the versions. Beautiful. Charles Eisenstein just wrote a piece on intellectual property and it brought to mind how before there was a great song and various artists sang it.
I understand and one reason I like when you write the newsletter is because it is a mixture of information, call to action, music, and fun. Thank you
