The video I shared earlier about all the new laws that are going to affect California seniors is AI generated. There is no Emily Cruz doctor, and everything she said is incorrect. Several people sent to me and in my haste to share, I neglected to vet the video and even check to see if these 10 laws were enacted — or even bills. Of course this is California, and it could have been true.

I apologize for not vetting, which I usually do. The several people who sent it to me are also pretty good vetters, so no excuse for me, but a reminder to please check our info.
