Fairfax: from Mayberry on Psychedlics to Woke.
From a friend in Fairfax:
My dear friends of liberty, Most of you know that I generally don't get involved with electoral politics. But at the local level, elections can make a serious difference to the communities that we live in. Not everyone on this group is a resident of Fairfax. But I don't think it's a stretch to say that as Fairfax goes, so will the rest of Marin County.
This next election in Fairfax is truly going to be very important to Fairfax and Marin in general. The current board of the Fairfax Town Council is completely corrupt. If we don't get people on the board that respects the rights of the people and the rule of law, Fairfax will soon be ruined by Orwellian policies and horrific real estate developments that are currently on the table and slated for Fairfax.
There are good people in Fairfax working hard against these criminal agendas. One such person is Mike Ghiringhelli who is now running for town council. Do what you can to support Mike Ghiringhelli's campaign along with Frank Egger and Doug Kelly. Thanks for your care.
And below this photo is more about Fairfax from the Marin Political Alliance.
Fairfax high rises for outsiders. It begins.
from Marin Political Alliance:
Greetings,This is a follow up to our last email(s) on dense, unneeded housing developments, demographic replacements and bribing of politicians with votes or cash in return for donor financial or ideological profits.
We are forwarding an announcement about local politics at its best. The Battle for Fairfax is where carpetbagging Socialists attempting to take over the small town are finally meeting stiff organized resistance. Candidates are stepping up to combat the overbuilding of it and the stripping property owners of their rights which dissuades them from renting units, favoring developers.
Your time, energy and donations for these new candidates have far more effect locally than they would on a national level. Other candidates will be vetted later.
We encourage you to forward this to all Fairfax and adjacent town citizens, Home Owner Associations, church lists and fraternal organizations. Rent control and eviction moratoriums are on the ballot in San Anselmo and Larkspur as well.
Following is a handy list of advocates of "Housing for All", i.e. overbuilding the County, which creates more gridlock, fire hazards, pollution, raise taxes and lowers quality of life.

Begin forwarded item:
The Dyett & Bhatia Redevelopment Plans for Fairfax approved by the Town Council in the Town's Housing Element include building various types of housing on 10 sites of both public & private open space, some on ridgetop scenic parcels too and up to seven downtown high-rise housing towers with School Street Plaza being the first site up.
Frank Egger & Mike Gheringhelli are running separate campaigns for the Nov. 5th election but have come together to hold a Town Hall meeting under the Redwoods for Fairfax folks to attend.
This is an opportunity to tell two candidates your concerns about our Town's future, tell them what's on your mind.
Tuesday September 17th from 5 to 8 pm at the historic Deer Park Villa on 367 Bolinas Road.
Snacks & refreshments will be served from 5 to 6, when the program starts.
Here are some Marin front groups for development under the guise of "Solving the housing crisis."

2 of the 8 affiliated organizations from above site.
--Marin Organizing Committee, see previous monographs on this organization. Created by Obama's 'Community Organizer' in South Chicago, where Chance Cutrano grew up before carpetbagging in when Trump was president. Lisel Blash, Fairfax Town Councilthing is a member.
--Legal Aid of Marin, uses a property owner's county taxes to possibly sue that property owner on behalf of undesirable or subleasing tenants, treble damages paid to Legal Aid, vs the paltry rent increases allowed by the Berkeley Rent Control Board.
Here follows a nice list of Housing For All's supporters, anxious to grab a piece of the development pie, or push personal philosophical agendas for profit as discussed in the Dominican Housing Seminar emails.
We suggest you save or print the following list and refer to it whenever considering for whom NOT to vote, or withholding your support:

-----------Feel insulated and safe in Marin? Enough voter apathy and unchallenged woke activism will disabuse you of that over time.
This weekend, there was an armed robbery on The Ross Common, and recently, a sacking of the Marin Consignment Store, in San Rafael. Watch it here. https://www.yahoo.com/news/smash-grab-robbery-san-rafael-213413263.html
Tiburon's license plate reading cameras lead to arrests. Similar cameras are being installed in several other southern Marin locations. As shown by the addresses of prisoners in the Marin County Jail booking log, the thugs above undoubtedly arrived and fled across the Richmond Bridge. That is the logical location for such technology, and it should be demanded by citizens of the county and all towns.
WOW, OUR Marin, Our Fearfix, I mean Fairfax. Let’s protect this beautiful area and show our support for
